Locker  

You have to use the locker for your bags and jackets. Therefore there is a key protocol where you have to fill in your name.

This locker can only be used at day so you have to give the key back at noon. If you don’t, you have to pay charges, 2 € each day.

Eating and Drinking 

The drinking and eating within the library and the working rooms is not allowed. 

Special loan periods

Current newspapers and journals can be loaned over night (4 p.m. to 9 a.m.) or over the weekend (Friday 4 p.m. to Monday 9 a.m.). If you don’t give it back in time, you have to pay charges, 2 € per week and medium.

ITTA-works and diploma 

ITTA-works and diploma can not be loaned, furthermore the copying of the works is not allowed by copyright. If you want to look at them you need to ID yourself.

Renewal

The loan period can be renewed twice, in case there is no reservation. The loan period of the reference collection and movies cannot be renewed.
